Do you currently or will you in the future work with young children who have communication difficulties? Will you need to identify the items they enjoy? You may be eligible for a six-week study of a technology that could improve educational strategies.
You May Qualify If You:
- Are a special education or communication disorder student
- Enjoy working with young children
- Can use tablet-based technology
- Can follow written instructions
Participation Involves:
- Following written and tablet-based instructions
- Working with a child/adult for no more than two hours for two days a week for six weeks or less
- Up to 12 visits to the ARKA building on campus (410 Arkansas Ave.)
- Completing a written follow-up survey
